Zombie Face Mask Recipe

Zombie Face Mask Recipe

I call this Zombie Face because it smells so good you'll want to eat your own face! *which is probably not a great idea, btw* easy, cheap, and all-natural, this facial at home will tighten and moisturize your skin while zapping acne.

It's actually great for most skin types! But you extra sensitive zombies should test a small area first, due to the natural fruit acids and baking soda. Although this recipe hasn't been approved by the FDA, it has been approved by zombie beauties!

What you need:

1/4 cup of berries. Frozen or fresh It can be any of the following, or a mix of all of them: strawberries, blueberries, raspberries.

2 TBS. finely chopped apple or apple sauce

1 tsp of dark baking cocoa, unsweetened

2 tbs. honey

1 tbs. lemon juice

1 tsp baking soda

Fresh directions: put fruit in a microwave-safe bowl with a couple of tbs. of water. Microwave on high in 30 second intervals, until fruit is soft enough to be mashed with a spoon.

Frozen directions: same as fresh, just do not add the water.

When fruit is soft, mash it with a spoon or fork. Add cocoa, honey and lemon. Mix. Before you add the baking soda, put 1/2 of the mixture into a separate container and put in fridge for next time. Should keep 3-5 days.

Add baking soda and mix well. While mixture is fizzing, apply to face and leave it on for 15-30 minutes. Enjoy the yummy smell. You will want to eat your face zombie ladies, but resist the urge! Rinse and enjoy the softness.
